Kundalini Yoga Facilitator
Karen has been practising Kundalini Yoga for eight years and teaching now for two years. She has just embarked on her Level 2 training, welcoming another five-year journey into the technology and science of yoga.
Karen’s journey began in the world of advertising. After acquiring a BA in Design, she spent over 13 years in the advertising industry. Her husband was an elite athlete and she could see that the way they were eating was not conducive to his energy requirements. She began searching and experimenting with different foods for him to maintain a very high energy output.
Karen was then blessed to become a mother and dedicated herself to that privilege. She spent many years researching medicines and food, including Ayurvedic Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as she wanted the best possible opportunities for my son and family to thrive.
