One of the best meditations on this earth is ‘slow eating’. In the yogic world, food is medicine and digestion is the key to optimum health.
In this 90 minute workshop, you will be guided to explore conscious eating. You will experience three different ways of eating – animal, human and angelic. This process allows you to take yourself on a deeper journey to retrain your mind and body to eat for health. Food is supposed to rejuvenate us and to give us the strength to keep the body young and our minds sharp.
This workshop consists of five parts; Mental Preparation, Eating Consciously, Meditating on Digestion, Eating Unconsciously for Contrast, and Conscious Cleaning Up.
It is important that you don’t eat at least 2-4 hours before (preferably 4), also take your last drink of water at least an hour before (basically come with an empty stomach). Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Speaker Profile
