Kundalini Yoga is the water that nourishes the seed that has been planted within us, that lives in our heart and is germinated by our breath.
Kundalini Yoga is for everyone, it is a transformational complete system of yoga, and is known as the yoga of awareness.
Kundalini Yoga is used as a dynamic powerful tool that strengthens your nervous system, expands your lung capacity, balances your glandular system and enables us to harness the energies of the mind and emotions. It reminds the body how to relax, teaches us to cope with stress and brings us to peace of mind. We become witness to the changes in our bodies and minds and to know that there is a yogic art and science to all aspects of life.
This is a 90-minute session. It is important that you don’t eat at least 2-4 hours before (preferably 4), also take your last drink of water at least an hour before (basically come with an empty stomach). Wearing loose comfortable clothing for this session is encouraged. Speaker Profile
