Our meals are natural, rich in fibre, vitamin and protein, which help in enhancing the physical and mental well-being.
We offer Falafel, Kifta (minced meat) and chicken meals. Falafel is very nutritious. It is high in soluble fibre, which is effective in lowering blood cholesterol. It is loaded with proteins, low in calories and rich in healthy fats.
We have a variety of fresh and healthy salads, such as the Tahini Salad, which is made of 100% sesame seed Tahini and fresh vegetables, which are good sources of fibre and minerals.
We have Hummos and Parsley dips. Parsley is a good source of folic acid, vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin A as well as antioxidants.
We also offer a variety of pastries, such as the popular Spinach and Feta. Spinach is a good source of Vitamins and rich in antioxidants.
As for dessert, we offer Katayef, which is vegan and baked in the oven. It is similar to pan cake, filled with Walnuts, which are rich in antioxidants, including being a very good source of manganese and copper.
We will be serving Omelette and Sausages breakfast. Our omelettes are healthy, made of eggs, dairy products, herbs, 5 veges and spices.
